A delicious recipe for Rum Sazerac, with white rum, Pernod®
licorice liqueur, Angostura® bitters and sugar.

Ingredients
2 oz white rum
1 - 2 dashes Pernod licorice liqueur
1 - 2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 tsp sugar
Method
Soak one sugar cube in angostura bitters - in an old-fashioned
glass, and crush with a pestle.
Add ice cubes, pour in rum, add a
few dashed of pernod and fill with water.
Serve.
