Champagne Rum Punch

A delicious recipe for Champagne Rum Punch, with light rum, anejo
rum, sweet vermouth, Champagne, orange juice, cranberry juice and
oranges.

Ingredients

1 liter light rum
1 liter anejo rum
750 ml bottle sweet vermouth
750 ml bottle Champagne
1 qt orange juice
1 cup cranberry juice
2 sliced oranges

Method

Combine the rums, wines and juices in a large punch bowl, and stir
well.
Add one large block of ice, and garnish with orange slices.
Makes 30 (6-ounce) punch cups.

A delicious recipe for Cider Punch, with hard cider,
Drambuie® Scotch whisky, dry sherry, lemon juice, club
soda, apples and nutmeg.

Ingredients

1 1/2 qt hard cider
4 oz Drambuie Scotch whisky
4 oz dry sherry
2 oz lemon juice
8 oz club soda
3 cored, thinly sliced apples
1 tsp grated nutmeg

Method

Place the cider, Drambuie, sherry, lemon juice and club soda into a
large punch bowl, and stir well.
Add a large block of ice, then add
the slices of apple.
Sprinkle nutmeg across the top, and serve.
Makes 18 (6-ounce) punch cups.

Claret Punch

A delicious recipe for Claret Punch, with lemon juice, superfine
sugar, claret, brandy, apricot brandy, bourbon whiskey,
Cointreau® orange liqueur, club soda, tea and oranges.

honeydew melon.

Ingredients

1 liter gold tequila
1.5 liters (2 bottles) chilled Champagne
3 liters (4 bottles) chilled Sauternes white wine
1 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup superfine sugar
1 large honeydew melon

Method

Stir the lemon juice and sugar together in a large punch bowl until
the sugar is dissolved.
Add the tequila, champagne and sauternes,
and stir well.
Add one large block of ice.
Garnish with melon
balls, cut out from a honeydew melon.

24 maraschino cherries

Method

Stir the lemon juice and sugar together in a large punch bowl until
the sugar is dissolved.
Add the champagne, maraschino liqueur,
Cointreau, cherry brandy, brandy and cold tea.
Stir well.

Garnish with orange slices and maraschino
cherries.
