One-Pan Potatoes & Chicken Dijon

4 md Potatoes sliced 1/4″ thick

1 lb Chicken breasts 1/2″thick

2 tb Vegetable oil

1/4 c Honey-Dijon BBQ Sauce

1 t Dried tarragon

Microwave potatoes 8 - 10 minutes until tender.
While potatoes
cook, in large skillet toss and brown chicken in oil over high heat
5 minutes.
Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly
browned.
Add BBQ sauce and tarragon; toss until heated through.
Time: 20 minutes.
